29 CFR  1910.159(c)(10):The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained:  a) Worksite was located at 720 Monroe Street, Suites C304 and C 511, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030  Employees were exposed to fire hazards as as they worked in the office and warehouse spaces with corrugated boxes that held merchandise stock and packaging materials were stocked to a height within eighteen inches of sprinkler heads compromising their ability to function properly in the event of an emergency.  Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021.  b) Worksite was located at 720 Monroe Street, Suites C304 and C 511, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030  Employees were exposed to fire hazards as as they worked in the office and warehouse spaces with light fixtures that were located at a height within eighteen inches of sprinkler heads compromising their ability to function properly in the event of an emergency.  Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021.

Bags, containers, bundles, etc., was stored in tiers that were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse:  a) Worksite was located at 720 Monroe Street, Suite C 304 and C511, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while they worked in the office and warehouse as boxes of stock items of various sizes and weights were loosely stacked on top of each other throughout both suites to heights in excess of six feet.  Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021.  b) Worksite was located at 720 Monroe Street, Suite C 304, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while they worked in the warehouse as stacks of merchandise boxes and loose boxes were loosely stacked several feet high.  Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021.

Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021.
