Violation was observed on or about July 14, 2021. b) Worksite was located at 720 Monroe Street, Suites C304 and C 511, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 Employees were exposed to fire hazards as as they worked in the office and warehouse spaces with light fixtures that were located at a height within eighteen inches of sprinkler heads compromising their ability to function properly in the event of an emergency.
