29 CFR  1910.36(b)(1):  At least two exit routes were not available in the workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency, except as allowed in paragraph (b)(3) of this section. The exit routes must be located as far away as practical from each other so that if one exit route is blocked by fire or smoke, employees can evacuate using the second exit route:  (a) Taco Bell Cantina  Kitchen - On or about July 13, 2021, only one exit, located at the front of the store, was available for employee use where employees worked behind the counter, in the kitchen and in back of the store,  where flat top grills and fryers were used, and where compressed gas cylinders of carbon dioxide and alcoholic beverages, including vodka, were stored.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
