On or about Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 76-36 168th Street, Fresh Meadows, NY, 11365 An employee framing a new residential home approximately 13 feet above the lower level while installing second floor joist was not protected from falling to the lower level. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
