At a residential worksite located at 6734 NW Waukomis Dr, KC MO -- Two (2) employees engaged in roofing duties using staplers and hammers were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that debris or fragments could get in their eyes.

This exposed employees to fall hazards.
