29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  At the jobsite located at 19011 Ocheltree, Spring Hill, Kansas employees conducting framing operations were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not being used while using the pneumatic nail gun during framing operations.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    At the jobsite located at 19011 Ocheltree, Spring Hill, KS employees were exposed to fall hazards in that fall protection equipment was not utilized. Employees were walking the joist of an upper level approximately 9 feet and 10 inches above the lower level on the inside of the residence, and approximately 12 feet to a lower level on the outside of the residence during framing operations.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   At the jobsite located at 19011 Ocheltree, Spring Hill, KS employees were exposed to fall hazards while walking the joist of an upper level approximately 9 feet and 10 inches above the lower level on the inside of the residence, and approximately 12 feet to a lower level on the outside of the residence during framing operations in that employer has not conducted training for employees on how to recognize fall hazards.
