29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about July 15, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were building a new residential construction house using pneumatic and power tools without the use of eye protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by flying debris and particles.
