29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Crozier Welding, LLC located at 16867 Ohio 83 COSHOCTON, OH 43812: On and preceding July 15, 2021, the employer did not ensure that flexible cords being used to power grinders and other equipment throughout the shop were used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. Flexible cords used throughout the shop were plugged in series into power strips and other flexible cords in between the wall outlet providing power to the cords and power tools being used. The following condition exposed employees to electrical/fire hazards.
