29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Bag Production Area: On or about July 13, 2021, the employer did not ensure points of operation were guarded on machine #22. This condition exposed employees to an amputation hazard. Handgards, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212 (a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1267857, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 06/11/2018 , with respect to a workplace located at 901 Hawkins Blvd. El Paso, TX 79915 .
