29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again: Workplace, 84 Cold Hill Road, Mendham, NJ The emergency exit from the basement level mops and cleaning supplies storage room used by housekeeping employees to the street and parking lot ground level and loading dock area, had accumulated water and algae growth exposing workers to slip and fall hazards prior to ascending the stairs. Violation occurred on or about July 15, 2021
