29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again: Workplace, 84 Cold Hill Road, Mendham, NJ The emergency exit from the basement level employee breakroom and cleaning supplies storage room to the street and parking lot ground level and loading dock area, had accumulated water and algae growth exposing workers to slip and fall injuries while ascending stairs. Violation occurred on or about July 15, 2021

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the Workplace, 84 Cold Hill Road, Mendham, NJ a) The employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees working with chemicals including Ecolab Oasis 146 Multi Quant Sanitizer which can cause burns, Orange Force that causes eye irritation, 115 XP Floor Cleaner ( pH of 11.25 to 12.25) which can cause severe skin and eye burns, and Grease Strip Plus (pH of 13.5) which can also cause severe skin and eye burns. Violation occurred on or about July 15, 2021
