The employee was transitioning from the scissor lift to the roof of the Wendy's restaurant, on or about 7/14/21.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Wendy's Restaurant/Lynhurst NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet, while walking/working on a roof installing a sign with unprotected side edges, the parapet wall was about 18 Inches, on or about 7/14/21.
