29 CFR 1910.334(a)(3)(ii): Attachment plugs and receptacles were connected or altered in a manner which prevented proper continuity of the electric equipment grounding conductor at the point where plugs were attached to receptacles: a) Aderi Hotel Bucknell University, Housekeeper Closet #1 - A vacuum was observed missing the ground pin on its flexible power cord, exposing employees to a potential electrical hazard, on or about July 17, 2021.
