29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 13, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet while performing roofing activities and the employer did not ensure an adequate fall protection system was used. M & J GENERAL CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1494920, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 14, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOACTED AT 2936 RUTHERFORD DRIVE, URBANA, ILLINOIS 61802.
