29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: Worksite located at 117 Morgan Ave., Aurora, Missouri- On or about July 12, 2021, Employees were exposed to a shock and electrocution hazards in that the pumper truck's extendible arm came into proximity of overhead energized power lines causing the equipment to become energized and subsequently shocked and burned the employees in contact with the equipment.
