29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. On or about July 14, 2021, CSHO observed during the inspection a breaker box with a "knock out" hole not in use but open to the elements in the area. This exposed employees to arc flashes and electrical shock.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. At this site, the wires from a breaker box were exposed exposing employees to possible electrical shock.
