29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i)(D): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons. Table Mountain Casino and Hotel construction project, Main Building: Temporary lights were not at least eight feet above ground. An energized light sockets were missing light bulbs and missing the plastic protective guards. Employees were exposed to tripping and electrical hazards.
