29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(10): The employer did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) Worksite- On or about July 19, 2021, the employer did not provide the required information for each hazardous chemical, and SDS information were not readily accessible during each work shift, for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals. Hazardous communication program developed by the employer did not include an explanation on how the employees could access and obtain the safety data sheet information.
