29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or before July 20, 2021 and at times prior, LG Carpentry LLC, as the controlling employer, did not initiate or maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to made by a competent person. Employees of Daniel Estrada Co., were not protected by a fall protection system while working on the edge of the third level of the building of approximately 20 feet. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of more than 6 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
