OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards: a) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #1 Left hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a damaged lift lock. b) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #2 Left hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift where the lift lock was not engaged. c) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #3 Left hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a damaged lift lock. d) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #4 Left hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a damaged lift lock. e) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #5 Right hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a damaged lift lock.
