Note:  In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.  Rason Materials as (Joscar Asphalt LLC / dba Rason Materials)  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448662, citation number 1, item number 1  issued on 3/4/2020 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/4/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Johnson Rd., Lawrence NY 11559.
