Water leaks onto electrical equipment and computers near the scanner area when it rains.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: a) Jobsite, Building B near dock doors, 270 S. College Street, Washington, PA 15301: Observed on or about July 29, 2021, a large pothole in the floor was located near the B building dock doors. The large pothole crated a trip hazard to employees working in the area. The pothole also created hazards to employees operating pallet jacks and forklifts in the area. b) Jobsite, Building B, 270 S. College Street, Washington, PA 15301: Observed on or about July 29, 2021, there was a large pothole in the floor of the main aisleway. The pothole was located approximately two aisles from the customer entrance. The pothole crated a trip hazard to employees working in the area. The pothole also created hazards to employees operating pallet jacks and forklifts in the area. c) Jobsite, loading docks, 270 S. College Street, Washington, PA 15301: Observed on or about July 16, 2021, a sump pump needed to drain the loading dock area was not working. Docks 17 and 18 were were partially filled with standing water and debris.

A flexible cord (110 Volt) was attached to the wall near where a stool and a fan was located in Building A.
