A) Exterior, On the roof: An employee was exposed to eye/face injuries while using a pneumatic nail gun and was not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about July 16th, 2021. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
