29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a) Facility: A T155 Power strip was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was used to power two 60 watt light bulbs, a Black & Decker bench grinder, and a 5387 -MUD downdraft dust collection system on or about 7/20/2021. b) Facility: A Enercel E89769 Power strip was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was used to power a Ultrasonic Quantrex 90H and a Procraft 9 Electroplate 45510G on or about 7/20/2021. c) Facility: A Radio Shack model 61-2141 Power strip was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was used to power a crock pot, 2 hand piece solders, and overhead lamp on or about 7/20/2021. d) Facility: A 0425 model Power strip was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was used to power a Sherwood RX41031 radio, a toaster over, hand piece solder, and a Holmes ceramic mini heater on or about 7/20/2021.
