29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Roof of Bld. 200 - On or about July 9, 2021, employees engaged in construction activity, installing trusses, were not protected from falls great than 6 feet. The employer failed to ensure the use of fall protection for employees working on a steep roof approximately 20 ft. above the ground, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
