29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 1701 Bethlehem Pike, Hatfield, PA 19440: On or about July 15,2021, an employee was observed throwing materials into a trailer at the edge of a roof approximately 8 feet above grade level without any means of fall protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
