29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 211 N. Taylor, Kirkwood, MO 63122: Employer is exposing employees to fall hazards where the employees are permitted to work from a basket of an aerial lift without fall protection device. On 07/20/2021 two employees were observed working from the basket of an aerial lift, JLG 660SJ S/N O300219025, without using safety harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift. The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 14 feet.
