29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-Lot #28, Woodmere Road, Mahwah NJ 07430 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in siding activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 07/16/2021.
