OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an amputation hazard.   On or about July 14, 2021 at Mechanical Services of Central Florida Inc. located at 9820 Satellite Blvd in Orlando. An employee operated a VE414MC Roll Grooving Tool to cut grooves into an 8 inch diameter pipe that had been cut to 2 inches in length instead of the 10 inches as specified by the manufacturer thereby exposing the employee to an imputation hazard.
