On or about July 21,2021, observed an employee doing roofing work with no fall protection at a height greater than six (6) feet in height.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. On or about July 21, 2021, on the south side of the construction site, the employee was utilizing a Werner 24 foot extension ladder that was not extended three (3) feet above the upper landing surface and not secured at any point.
