29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about July 20, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working without fall protection from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 22 feet. Inishowen Roofing and Construction Co., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283027, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 20, 2018, with respect to a worksite located at 26 Chatham Lane, Oak Brook, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation .
