29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Warehouse: On or about July 13, 2021, and at times prior, approximately 24 employees were exposed to hazards created by unstable storage of materials, in that pallets loaded with cardboard boxes are stacked 3 to 4 tiers high, 12 to 16 feet high, and the cardboard boxes are not adequate to support the weight creating a risk of being struck by falling pallets and boxes as the boxes collapse under the weight.
