29 CFR 1910.38(e): Training. An employer must designate and train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees. Harrah's Cherokee Casino: On or about 07/21/2021, where an Emergency Evacuation Plan had been developed, employees had not been subjected to regular drills in which employees practiced evacuating the workplace, gathering into the designated muster areas and being properly accounted for in the designated area. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
