29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed. a) On or about July 15, 2021, at the previously addressed job site, powered industrial truck operators (stand up powered pallet jack) were not required to slow down and sound the horn of the powered pallet jacks at an area of an aisle that contains a cut-through or bridge-way, where vision is obstructed and other powered industrial truck operators and pedestrian traffic may be present. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
