29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a. On or about July 20, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential construction operations from an elevated work platform raised, approximately eleven (11) feet three (3) inches above ground, by the forks of a GRADALL 534D-42 telehandler was not protected by guardrails on all open sides of the platform, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
