29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Inside of buildings, cylinders shall be stored in a well-protected, well-ventilated, dry location, at least 20 (6.1 m) feet from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior. On or about July 22, 2021, employees are exposed to struck-by hazards when unsecured compressed gas cylinders of oxygen, acetylene, and other compressed gasses are placed in front of a doorway and are within a storage area are not secured.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage shall be separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. On or about Jully 22, 2021, the employer stored Oxygen and fuel-gas cylinders without appropriate distance or physical barrier. Employees are exposed to struck-by and explosion hazards.
