Cambridge St. Derby, KS, employees engaged in commercial framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. Nel-CO Construction Company DBA NELCO, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1513238, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06.30.2021, with respect to a workplace located at NW corner of 19th street and West Loop 289, Lubbock, TX.
