29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about July 21, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about July 21, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof thirteen (13) feet eight (8) inches above ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about July 21, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations on a roof eight (8) feet eight (8) inches above ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employee to fall hazards.
