29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: (a) Area adjacent to Will Call Door; The Sentry fire extinguisher has not been visually checked since January 29, 2021. (b) Hallway adjacent to break room/ bathroom; The Sentry fire extinguisher has not been visually checked since January 29, 2021 (c) Middle of floor, Beam EL1; The Amerex fire extinguisher has not been visually checked since January 2021. (d) Middle of floor, Beam FE5; The Ansul Sentry fire extinguisher did not have a tag, thus it is unknown when it was last visually checked. This exposes employees to possible smoke inhalation hazards if they try to extinguish a small fire and the fire extinguisher is inoperable.
