In front of elevators #1 and #2 , one broken and uneven floor surface with two sections, one measures 169 inches by 60 inches; another section measures 112 inches by 86 inches.   NOTE 1:  U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1451842, Citation # 1, item #1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 585 FD Roosevelt Ave., San Juan, PR,   NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.
