29 CFR  1910.1026(d)(1):  The employer failed to determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee with potential exposure to chromium (VI):  a.  On or about July 23, 2021, in the facility, employees were required to perform welding on stainless steel which has the potential to generate hexavalent chrome.  Employees were exposed to hazards associated with hexavalent chrome when the employer failed to determine the TWA exposure for each employee required to weld on stainless steel.
