(b) On or about July 23, 2021- Facility, employees were not trained on the hazards of chemicals such as, but not limited to, First Mark Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Degreaser, Clorox Regular-Bleach, One-Step Disinfectant Cleaner, and Member's Mark Commercial Sanitizer.
