1910.269(u)(6)(i) Upon entering an attended substation, each employee, other than employees regularly working in the station, shall report his or her presence to the employee in charge of substation activities to receive information on special system conditions affecting employee safety. On or about July 23, 2021, the employees of one crew, not including employees regularly working in the station, did not report their presence to the employee in charge of substation activities upon entering the attended substation, in order to receive information on special system conditions affecting employee safety.
