29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 23, 2021, on top of the roof of 17058 Boca Club Blvd., Apt. 7, Boca Raton, Florida, employees on a roof with a 6-in-12 slope were exposed to 20-foot fall hazards while engaged in roofing work without a means of fall protection. Garabar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, in OSHA inspection #1469173, Citation #1, Item #1, with respect to a workplace located at 13541 NW 5th Court, Pembroke Pines, Florida. The citation was issued on 05/20/20 and became a final order on 06/15/2020.
