29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about July 26, 2021, during the installation of pressure plates to a curtain wall at Summa Health Medical Center located at 3825 Fishcreek Rd, Stow, OH 44224, the employer did not ensure an employee working from a JLG Model 600AJ aerial lift utilized his lanyard by attaching to the work platform anchor point.
