Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 7/27/2021, employees from Vandeven Builders LLC were erecting walls on the main level of the back of a residence located on lot 49 on Pomodora Circle in Wentzville, MO. They were exposed to a fall hazard while working near the unprotected edge, approximately nine feet above the ground.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.
