Where stairs exit directly into an area where forklift may be operated, are adequate barriers and warnings provided to prevent employees from stepping into traffic:  a) On or about 07/01/2021, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards by forklift operations. In that the employer failed to ensure that the forklift path had a limited and designated pathway visible to both the forklift operators and the employees crossing the path when coming down from the stairway into the production line.
