29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. a) At 180 Berry Manor Cir, Saint Peters, MO 63376 - on or about July 27, 2021, four employees were engaged in residential roofing activities without utilizing guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system. Four employees and the employer were observed on the roof of the building, exposing them to a fall to a grass surface below.
