29 CFR 1910.178(m)(8): There shall be sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, etc: (a) On or about July 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure material heights being unloaded using Crown Electric Pallet Jacks maintained sufficient room under the overhead doors of trailers and box trucks, to prevent the load from making contact with the overhead door, causing it to close and create a caught-in-between hazard to operators.
