29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. On or about July 27, 2021, Warwick Construction as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that: a) Employees of its subcontractors were not exposed to fall hazards when working from aerial lifts. At least one (1) employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 15 feet; b) Employees of its subcontractors were protected by the use of hard hats when working in areas where work was in progress above; c) Employees of its subcontractors were protected from eye/face injuries by the use of safety glasses/goggles/face sheild.
