29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(B):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees with a condition that interfered with the face-to-facepiece seal or valve function: On or about July 28, 2021, an employee observed using a N-95 respirator was not clean shaven, he had a full beard. This condition exposed the employee to health hazards.
